Every year, the ponds that are fished are drained—like a bathtub—through a valve called “le thou.” The fish naturally gather at the deepest part of the pond, known as “le bief.” The fishermen spread a net from one end of this bief to the other, bringing the fish close to the bank, known as “la pêcherie.” Exclusive fishing experience, limited to 10 people.
