Online service for the declaration of furnished rentals and bed and breakfasts.

The law requires any owner of a furnished tourism property or bed and breakfast to complete the “Declaration to the Town Hall of Furnished Tourism” or “Declaration to the Town Hall of Bed and Breakfasts” form and thus inform the mayor of the municipality of the concerned residence in accordance with Articles L.324-1-1 and D.324-1-1 – Articles L.324-4 and D.324-15 of the Tourism Code. For those who have not yet completed this administrative step, we invite you to do so as soon as possible and to discover this regulation on the dedicated website of the Community of Communes.

Tourist Tax

The Community of Communes of the Dombes has instituted a real tourist tax across its entire territory.

This tax is governed by a resolution voted by the community council. You can consult it on the dedicated space.

As an accommodation provider, you are required to collect and remit the proceeds of this tourist tax in accordance with the provisions of this resolution.

The revenue from this tourist tax is intended for communication and promotion actions to increase tourism in the area. It is also used to cover expenses related to actions for the protection and management of sensitive natural areas for tourism purposes.

Classification

The star rating of tourist accommodations concerns hotels, campsites, residential leisure parks, tourist residences, holiday villages, and furnished tourism properties. The star rating is voluntary and the accommodation is inspected by accredited control bodies based on classification criteria approved by decree.

To maintain the benefit of the stars, the accommodation is evaluated every 5 years.
